VQ serves brunch in London 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While other brunch spots close their kitchens by mid-afternoon, we keep ours running around the clock.
Fancy eggs benedict at midnight? No problem. Full English at 6am? We’ve got you. Weekend brunch at a sensible hour? Plenty of tables available.
We’ve been doing this since 1995, when we opened as London’s first 24-hour restaurant on the Fulham Road. Nearly 30 years later, we’re still serving the same quality brunch at midnight as we do at midday. Two locations in Chelsea and Bloomsbury mean you’re never far from a good brunch in central London, whatever time your appetite strikes.
Most London restaurants stop serving brunch by 3pm. We think that’s a shame. Whether you’re coming off a night shift, recovering from a big night out, or just keeping unusual hours, you deserve proper brunch whenever you want it. That’s what VQ delivers.
Our brunch menu runs 24 hours and features all the classics done properly. The full English breakfast comes with all the trimmings: bacon, sausages, eggs your way, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, and toast. It’s the same generous portion whether you order it at 8am or 2am.
Eggs are a brunch essential, and we do them every which way. Poached, scrambled, fried, or turned into eggs benedict, eggs royale, or eggs florentine. Our hollandaise is made fresh, and we don’t skimp on it. Stack that on a proper English muffin with quality ham or smoked salmon, and you’ve got a dish worth getting out of bed for.
For something sweeter, our American-style pancakes come fluffy and golden, served with maple syrup, fresh berries, or bacon if you fancy the sweet-savoury combination. French toast, waffles, and fresh fruit with yoghurt round out the lighter options on our brunch menu.
Beyond the breakfast brunch classics, we serve burgers, steaks, pasta, salads, and proper comfort food like mac and cheese. Vegetarian and vegan options available throughout the menu. Whatever you’re craving at whatever hour, we’ve probably got something to satisfy.
London has brunch spots springing up everywhere, but most close their doors by early evening. If you work nights, keep unusual hours, or just find yourself hungry at inconvenient times, options are limited. Fast food chains and kebab shops don’t count as a good brunch.
VQ fills that gap. We’re one of the few London restaurants where you can get a proper sit-down brunch at 3am. Table service, a full menu, and the same quality you’d expect at noon. Night shift workers, club-goers, insomniacs, and early-morning travellers have been coming to us for decades because we’re reliably open when everywhere else has shut.
Our regulars include hospital staff grabbing breakfast after overnight shifts, musicians eating post-gig, tourists adjusting to jet lag, and Londoners who simply don’t keep conventional hours. We’ve served popstars, politicians, and plenty of ordinary people who just wanted a good brunch at an odd hour. Everyone’s welcome, any time.
Good brunch needs good coffee. You can take your time without watching the bill climb. Whether you need a caffeine hit to start your day or keep you going through the night, we'll keep your cup topped up. Fresh juices and smoothies for those who prefer something healthier. And if brunch calls for something stronger, we have a full bar including wine, beer, and cocktails. Mimosas with your eggs? Bloody Mary to cure what ails you? We don't judge, and we don't have a cut-off time for ordering drinks with your brunch.
Saturday and Sunday brunch in London usually means queues, rushed service, and that awkward moment when the kitchen switches to lunch and your pancake order gets declined. Not at VQ. Our brunch menu doesn't have a closing time. Weekend brunch is our busiest period, especially between 11am and 2pm. We recommend booking for groups or if you want a specific time. But being open 24 hours means there's nearly always a table if you're flexible. Come at 9am before the rush, or wait until 4pm when things quiet down. Either way, you're getting the same full brunch menu. Walk-ins are always welcome. Our staff are used to accommodating last-minute arrivals, and we'll do our best to seat you quickly. For larger groups or special occasions, giving us a call ahead helps us prepare.
Reviews from our regulars often mention the same things: consistency, value, and the freedom to eat whenever suits them. We're not trying to be the trendiest brunch spot in London. We're trying to be the most reliable one. The menu hasn't changed dramatically over the years because our customers like it that way. Classic brunch dishes, generous portions, fair prices. No foam, no foraging, no dishes you need an Instagram account to understand. Just good food, cooked properly, served whenever you want it. We've built a reputation over nearly 30 years by keeping things simple. Open 24 hours, serve quality food, treat everyone the same whether they're in a suit or pyjamas. It's not complicated, but it works.

I was looking for an American Diner type option and found it! They are open 24 hours which makes them very convenient. When we walked in at the time, the place was empty. But after talking to the staff (which was very friendly), it appears this place caters to more of a late night crowd. Regardless, my wife and I decided to grab a late breakfast here and were quite pleased. Some eggs, bacon, and toast. Everything hit the spot.Posted on Google![]()

I highly recommend this lovely place, with very friendly and accommodating staff. They served us a gorgeous breakfast and were very understanding and patient with us (a group of nearly 40!) even though we arrived late. Thank you very much!Posted on Google![]()

Posted on Google![]()
